A native Virginian, Skyler brings a span of government, non-profit, campaign, and private sector experience to his part in founding Energy Right in the Commonwealth.
Skyler serves as Chair of the Virginia Solar Energy Development and Energy Storage Authority to which he was appointed by Governor Youngkin in 2022. Previously, Skyler worked for Conservatives for Clean Energy – Virginia and served as Director of Operations on Delegate Kirk Cox’s bid for Governor. Skyler’s grassroots experience in conservative campaigns and causes extends across the Commonwealth.
Prior to returning to central Virginia, Skyler served in the Trump Administration as Secretary of the Interior David Bernhardt’s Special Assistant. At the Department of the Interior, Skyler witnessed large-scale energy projects in all phases of development and saw just what is possible when conservative principles guide energy decisions.
Skyler is a proud alumnus of Washington and Lee University. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, skiing, and hunting.
Blake, prior to founding Energy Right, has had a range of experience in campaigns, including data analytics, messaging, political and field operations, and more. An alumnus of Sacred Heart University, Blake studied marketing and business while playing on the men’s volleyball team.
A central Virginia native, Blake started his campaign work in central Virginia and moved to northern Virginia entering the polling industry at Public Opinion Strategies. At POS, Blake oversaw projects including local, state, and federal campaigns, as well as public affairs projects including various energy entities and healthcare companies.
Blake then returned to central Virginia as a Senior Political Director for Kirk Cox’s bid for governor, and most recently was the campaign manager for a House of Delegates race in Southside Virginia. Blake serves on the Board of Directors of the South Central Virginia Business Alliance –an organization dedicated to connecting local businesses to growth opportunities in solar project construction and operation.
Ben, originally from Auburn, Alabama, carries out Energy Right’s community engagement efforts throughout Southwest Virginia. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Auburn University, with a focus on Political Science and Public Administration, respectively. During his studies, Ben developed a deep appreciation for the role of nonprofit organizations in societal progress.
Before joining Energy Right, Ben served as the Program Coordinator for the Community Foundation of East Alabama, where he worked to connect donors with meaningful causes. He brings a strong commitment to the nonprofit sector, along with extensive skills in community engagement and outreach.
Ben is dedicated to the responsible development of solar energy in Virginia and beyond. He aims to advance Virginia’s clean energy initiatives while ensuring the protection of property owners’ rights. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his dog, Eko, hiking, and playing soccer.
Seth brings a strong background in public policy and community outreach to the team. He earned his degree in Political Science from Randolph-Macon College. Prior to joining Energy Right, he served as a Legislative Assistant at the Virginia General Assembly, gaining firsthand experience in legislative processes and constituent services. Additionally, Seth has worked on campaigns for both state and federal elected officials, equipping him with valuable skills in public engagement and strategic communication.
With his passion for policy and commitment to serving the community, Seth is eager to engage with the Commonwealth on how to promote Energy Right’s mission of advancing sustainable and accessible energy solutions.
Dylan joins Energy Right as our newest community engagement representative. He studied Political Science at Saint Leo University for his undergraduate degree, and Congressional Policymaking at Georgia Southern University for his graduate degree. During his time in school, Dylan focused on environmental policymaking in the fields of green energy and natural resource conservation.
Prior to joining Energy Right, Dylan was a legislative analyst for the NRA that worked with elected state officials on 2nd amendment initiatives. He was also a member of his local community as a civics and natural science teacher at Saint Joseph Catholic School in Petersburg, VA.
Dylan’s goal is to educate and advocate for clean energy alternatives to those that do not have a voice. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, photography, and hunting.

With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning nonprofit associations, corporate environments, governmental positions, and real estate, Jeffery J. Arnold brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Louisiana Executive Director of Energy Right. Jeff is dedicated to providing exceptional service to Louisiana to ensure energy is developed the right way with a focus on property rights and conservative ideals including an all-of-the-above energy strategy led by a market-based approach.
Jeff’s journey in the energy sector is complemented by his extensive background in executive leadership and public service. Jeffery held several prominent positions, including Louisiana Director on the National Association of Electric Cooperatives Board of Directors (NRECA), Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Louisiana Electric Cooperatives (ALEC), and 18 years of Banking including roles as a Senior Vice President. In these roles, he demonstrated his ability to build and maintain strong relationships, manage complex projects, and drive organizational growth. His strategic vision and leadership have consistently led to enhanced operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Jeffery’s commitment to community and public service is evident from his 21-years of public service. This service includes 14-year tenure as an elected State Representative in the Louisiana House of Representatives and 7 years at the City of New Orleans as an Executive Assistant to the Mayor of New Orleans for economic development and governmental relations. These roles honed his skills in governmental affairs, public relations, and community engagement, which he now leverages to benefit Louisiana’s “All-of-the-above” clean energy strategy.
A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in Management and Marketing/Finance, Jeffery’s educational background provides a solid foundation for his business acumen and marketing prowess. His ability to align people and processes with organizational goals has been a hallmark of his career, making him a trusted advisor and advocate.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Jeffery is an active member of his community, passionate about economic development and community relations. His approachable demeanor, combined with his extensive experience and dedication to excellence, makes him an invaluable partner.
Ron serves on Energy Right’s Board of Directors following his leadership of Conservatives for Clean Energy — Virginia.
Ron was founding partner of Creative Direct, one of the largest and most successful Republican voter contact firms in the nation. Under Ron’s leadership, Creative Direct played a pivotal role in some of the biggest Republican victories across the nation including many U.S. Senators, Governors, members of Congress and state elected offices.
Prior to forming Creative Direct, Ron served as political director for the Republican Party of Virginia, field director for the Republican National Committee, as well as running campaigns for statewide offices. He now lives in Lighthouse Point, Florida with his wife Elizabeth, who is very active in Republican Party activities. Ron and Elizabeth have two adult children.
Dr. Judi M. Lynch resides in Christiansburg, VA and serves as Chief of Staff to Delegate Jason Ballard, 12th House District, Virginia General Assembly.
Judi graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor of Arts followed by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University [Virginia Tech], where she received a Master of Arts in Education and Doctor of Philosophy (Educational Leadership and Policy Studies). Judi has proudly worked at both alma maters as a Longwood Admissions Counselor followed by Virginia Tech Student and Alumni Programs Coordinator, College of Engineering Director of Undergraduate Recruiting, and Director of Special Initiatives for the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, adding a third alma mater to her professional career when she served as Principal of Saint Gertrude High School in Richmond; additionally, Judi has worked for several members of the Virginia General Assembly (both House and Senate).
In 2022, Governor Glenn Youngkin appointed Judi to a four-year term on the Longwood University Board of Visitors, which followed a previous appointment to the Longwood BOV by former Governor Bob McDonnell (2010-2014), during which time Judi served as Vice Rector for two years and Secretary for one, along with a second appointment as a member of the Governor’s Taskforce for School and Campus Safety (2013-2014).
Kim served on the Greensville County Planning Commission for five years where she considered energy issues very regularly. She recently completed the Virginia Commonwealth University Land Use Education Program becoming a Certified Planning Commissioner.
She is a graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. After spending 30 years in Raleigh, working in accounting software implementation, Kim returned home to Southside Virginia to help care for her parents and manage the family farms. While in North Carolina, she became interested in solar development and continues to advocate for renewable energy.
When she is not bending your ear about solar, you will find Kim in her flower garden.
A Harrisonburg resident, Corin dedicated nearly three years of her life to social services in healthcare, where she worked tirelessly to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
However, her involvement in public service didn’t stop there. Corin ran an aggressive and impactful campaign for the school board in Harrisonburg, demonstrating her passion for education and community involvement. She has maintained her affiliation with the Republican Party, and is a member of The Freedom Caucus of Western Virginia, advocating for her political beliefs.
In the world of finance and investment, Corin is the founder and CEO of Black Tea Investing, LLC. Her company serves as a beacon of financial education, empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the complex world of investing.
Outside of finance and public service, Corin is also the founder and CEO of a new startup called “Social Solutions,” a social media graphic design company. Corin Jackson’s journey is a testament to her dedication to both her family and her community, as well as her unwavering commitment to financial education and her entrepreneurial ventures.
Beck Stanley and his wife, Caroline, reside in Southwest Virginia, where he owns and operates Rural Results Public Affairs, a small firm specializing in agriculture, economic development, energy, and rural issues. A third of his work is performed at no charge to struggling non-profit organizations, especially those addressing hunger and homelessness in the Roanoke, Bedford, and Lynchburg areas. A 2013 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, he has been involved in politics and philanthropy from an early age.
Stanley was elected to a term on the Bedford Town Council at age 23 before managing political campaigns across Virginia. He then worked for Capital Results in Richmond, later departing for the Virginia Agribusiness Council as Director of Government Affairs. He teaches a post-grad course on Political Influence at the University of Richmond and owns a small real estate business rehabilitating rural properties. Beck and Caroline attend St. Thomas Episcopal Church and are parents to a black labrador, Toshi.
His additional board service includes terms on the boards of the Bower Center for the Arts, the Sedalia Center, Bedford Electric Department, Rotary Club, Liberty Masonic Lodge, Bedford Main Street, the Keep Bedford Beautiful Commission, and Bedford Urban Gardens, which he co-founded in 2014.
